Welcome to Oxford Pathways Academy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our online tutoring services, webinars, and website. By enrolling a student or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Tutoring Services
Oxford Pathways Academy provides online tutoring for primary and secondary school students. Our sessions are conducted online via video conferencing platforms. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that students have access to a suitable device and internet connection for their scheduled lessons.
2. Enrollment and Payments
Enrollment is confirmed upon completion of our registration forms and receipt of payment. Fees are payable in advance of the tutoring sessions. All fee rates, packages, and payment schedules will be agreed upon during the enrollment process.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session:
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
- If a tutor needs to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a make-up session.
4. Code of Conduct
We aim to provide an inspiring, supportive, and safe learning environment. Students and tutors are expected to treat each other with respect. Oxford Pathways Academy reserves the right to terminate tutoring services immediately if a student or parent exhibits behavior that is abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive to learning.
5. Intellectual Property
All learning materials, lesson resources, recordings, worksheets, and website content provided by Oxford Pathways Academy remain our intellectual property and are for the personal educational use of the student only. They may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without our prior written consent.
